Law Signed by DeSantis Will Not Prevent Forced Vaccinations

Posted at Free Florida: “Law Signed by DeSantis Will Not Prevent Forced Vaccinations” By Chris Nelson
“A law signed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis will not prevent the Florida Department of Health from forcibly vaccinating Florida residents. S.B. 2006 was signed into law by DeSantis on May 3, 2021 and immediately hailed as a major victory by many medical freedom advocates…

…The most disturbing part is a section beneath which reads, “If the individual poses a danger to the public health, the State Health Officer may subject the individual to isolation or quarantine, if there is no practical method to isolate or quarantine the individual, the State Health Officer may use ANY MEANS NECESSARY to vaccinate or treat the individual.”

Here’s the link to the bill:

Editor’s Comment: This needs further consideration. It is difficult to imagine that Governor DeSantis would approve of such language, and it has been suggested that this has existed for some time in Florida law. Nevertheless, it needs to be exposed and discussed, and eliminated, since it is far too broad and subject to unbelievable abuse.
